Senate Republicans have begun their confirmation hearings on Donald Trump's far-right Supreme Court nominee -- just three weeks from Election Day and while early voting is already underway in many states.

They're doing this to install a justice who will move the Court significantly to the right on health care, abortion, civil rights, and LGBTQ equality. They know their agenda is drastically unpopular with the electorate, and they're rushing this confirmation through to subvert the will of voters.

Conservative justices are already talking about reconsidering the Obergefell v. Hodges (which legalized marriage equality). Recent cases that reversed draconian anti-choice laws at the state level came down to just one vote. It is not wrong to be afraid of what a 6-3 court will mean for our country's future.

Right now, we need to be making sure that the next Congress is full of representatives we can trust to fight for people's rights -- representatives like Jennifer.

So will you chip in today for her re-election campaign? VA-10 is a must-win for Democrats if we want to keep our House majority, and we need to raise another $4,518 to meet our voter outreach budget goal before Virginia's voter registration deadline tomorrow.
