Enneagram Training for NextGen Leaders
Our October NextGen Gathering will focus on Enneagram and how to use it to help your ministry! The Enneagram is an incredible teaching tool that will help you understand the dynamics of human personalities in a way you didn’t even know was possible. The Enneagram teaches nine primary personality types that are all going about thinking, acting and behaving differently in order to be who you were created to be. God has wired us all a little differently. This means the way to growth and maturity looks a little different for all of us as well. This is a life-changing opportunity for you to have a stronger understanding of God’s path for your faith and growth as a Christian. Take this important step towards your own health both as a person and as a leader.

Upcoming Events of Interest
Blurb here about other events
- Rural Connections Conference: The Mark Twain District is offering the Rural Connections Conference, an online event focused on mental health. This is a great opportunity for NextGen leaders to equip themselves on this essential topic! There's one session specifically about children and teens that we believe will be especially helpful. Learn more at www.moumethodist.org.
- MO Explo: Do you know someone who has pondered leadership in a ministry setting? Is there someone that you have seen with gifts for ministry who might need some encouragement to discern in such a setting? Missouri United Methodists of all ages 15 years and older are invited to MO Explo, a one-day exploration for those discerning and making sense of God’s call to ministry for both laity and clergy. Learn more at www.moumethodist.org.

Interested in Hosting a Mobile Camp in 2021?
2021 brings the return of Ignite Mobile Camps. Through partnerships with Eagle Lake and Heartland Camps as well as a unique program out of our own NextGen Office, we bring the excitement of camp to your own church parking lot. By fusing the fun and excitement of water slides, gaga-ball, and other awesome outdoor activities along with intentional spirit-filled worship, Bible study, and one-on-one discipleship, our Ignite Mobile Camps provide a unique experience and bring Christ to children that otherwise may never have had the opportunity.
In order for our office to make appropriate accommodations for interested churches, we have now opened up the application process! If your church is considering Ignite in 2021, take the time today to complete the easy application. Note: By filling out the application, you are not obligated to host a camp in 2021.
