In 2016, he blocked President Obama from appointing Merrick Garland to the courts because the election was “just” 9 months away. But now, just DAYS from the 2020 election, Mitch McConnell is trying to rush a vote to approve Trump’s new SCOTUS nominee, Amy Coney Barrett.
