Hello,

Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee will start hearings for the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.

Once again, I will say — the Senate should not vote on a new Supreme Court Justice until the next President and Senate are sworn in next year.

The American people’s voice should not be ignored. Sign my petition demanding the Senate not vote on a Supreme Court nominee until next year. [[link removed]]

This entire process has been nothing but a political sham because Republicans are terrified of letting the American people have a voice on Election Day.

With only 22 days left in this election, the GOP is ramming through a nominee, rushing the process, and preventing us Senators from taking the time and care to thoroughly review Barrett’s record.

I’m angry, folks. Four years ago, Mitch McConnell and his allies made up a rule that the Senate can’t vote on a Supreme Court nominee eight months before an election — a rule they now intend to break.

The hypocrisy must be stopped. Sign my petition urging the Senate to not vote on a Supreme Court nominee until the American people have made their voice heard. [[link removed]]

I’m fighting tooth and nail to make sure the American people are heard. Thanks for fighting alongside me.
