President Donald Trump and Republican Senators are scrambling to fill RBG’s Supreme Court seat with just three weeks until Election Day.

Confirmation hearings are scheduled to start today, in just a few moments.

If this passes, America will be plagued with countless years of attacks on civil rights, reproductive rights, voting rights, and our healthcare. That is why National Republicans are rushing to gain control of the Supreme Court.


My Democratic colleagues and I are fighting hard to hold the GOP Senate to the precedent that they set when they refused to take up President Barack Obama's SCOTUS nomination in 2016 (NINE MONTHS away from the election). They didn't even give him a hearing like the one Trump's nominee will receive today in just minutes.
