October 2020 CPL Report
As of October 1, there are 675,540 CPL holders in Michigan. That's a gain of 3,500 CPL holders from the previous month and an all-time record high. MCRGO instructors certified 1,988 students during the month of September. That's the second highest month in the history of the training program after August 2020. Excluding the week of Labor Day, September had a higher weekly average than August.
