Republicans are supporting a lawsuit that would end the
Affordable Care Act and its protections for our family, friends,
and neighbors with pre-existing conditions.

That's why I took decisive action with my colleagues to pass
the Protecting Americans with Preexisting Conditions Act of 2019,
which is designed to preserve protections for those with
pre-existing conditions no matter what happens with the
Republican-led lawsuit.

However, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell continues to
block this bill.
