Grassroots Mobilization Stays in High Gear |
|
The Republican Party of Arizona has designed, printed, and shipped hundreds of thousands of "Golden Tickets" to residents living in every legislative district in the state, targeting key swing voters and encouraging them to vote straight Republican down the ballot in 2020. This is a critical grassroots campaign to move the needle in battleground districts where a few hundred votes here or there could be the real difference-makers in holding, and potentially increasing, our majorities in the State House and State Senate.
We have also designed, printed, and stocked new "Vote Republican" signs, and we need YOUR help to get them out before Election Day! You can stop by our headquarters, or our field offices deployed around the state, to pick up these signs (while supplies last) and show your support for the Republican Party!

Last, but certainly not least, we have launched a massive campaign in recent weeks to design, print, and hand out hundreds of thousands of political literature, including door hangers, in legislative districts across the state. (See below for an example of the door hanger we designed and distributed to voters in LD23.) Voters are being reminded every day why they should vote Republican this election, and the Republican Party of Arizona is leading the way on that effort.

Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward hosted six tele-town halls across the state this past week to support Republican candidates in LD4, LD6, LD9, LD11, LD20, and LD28. These calls reached thousands of voters and let candidates speak directly to the electorate on the issues that matter.

McSally Wins Senate Debate |

Arizonans finally got a chance to see far-left, extreme Democrat Mark Kelly emerge from his basement to debate Senator Martha McSally. The contest wasn't even close.
Viewers heard about McSally's record of achievement, transparency, and principled conservative leadership. They also learned about Mark Kelly's disturbing ties to the Communist Party of China, his extreme plans to destroy Arizonans' Second Amendment rights, raise taxes on the middle class, vote for Chuck Schumer as Senate Majority Leader, and his desire to block Judge Amy Coney Barrett's appointment to the United States Supreme Court.
Arizona is still the home of Barry Goldwater and millions of independent men and women who value our rights, liberties, and freedoms. Mark Kelly's extreme views and dismal performance on the debate stage show he's not the man to represent Arizona in the U.S. Senate.

Ballot Harvesting Remains Illegal in Arizona |

Last weekend, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a defense by Arizona Republicans, led by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, which seeks to keep in place Arizona’s election integrity laws concerning ballot harvesting and out-of-precinct voting that were previously struck down by the liberal Ninth Circuit.
Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward issued the following statement when news broke:
“The Arizona Legislature carefully crafted our election laws to balance integrity and accessibility while ensuring every voter has an opportunity to cast a vote and make their voice heard at the ballot box. Many states in our country currently have anti-ballot harvesting laws on the books similar to Arizona’s.
"Protecting the security and integrity of our elections should not be a partisan issue — and it used to not be. Not so long ago, the bi-partisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by former President Jimmy Carter (D) and former Secretary of State James Baker (R), wrote in defense of laws to address the risks posed by ballot harvesting: ‘State and local jurisdictions should prohibit a person from handling absentee ballots other than the voter, an acknowledged family member, the U.S. Postal Service or other legitimate shipper, or election officials. The practice in some states of allowing candidates or party workers to pick up and deliver absentee ballots should be eliminated.’
I am incredibly thankful for Republican leadership fighting to make sure our elections remain safe, secure, and accessible for every voter. In addition, our Republican state legislators deserve a great amount of credit for using commonsense and prudent judgment in crafting our state election laws. Even as Democrats seek to delegitimize our laws and sow seeds of doubt in an attempt to compromise the results of our elections, Republicans remain steadfast and unwavering in defense of law and order and election integrity.”
