Bad news, team —

We’re not here to fool you with any fake goals or “the sky is falling!” language begging you to pitch in a donation. That’s just not how we do things.

We’re here to give you the straight and honest truth: 11 days into October, we have yet to meet a single daily online fundraising goal.

Sure, some days are better than others (Sunday evenings, for example — not great). But when you average it all out, we’ve fallen significantly behind our FEC fundraising goal and the deadline is in three days.

This is not what we expected. We need to make our final TV ad buys and fund our voter outreach program, but we’re in the red and just don’t have the resources.

So, we’re asking (not begging) you to please add a donation today to help us reach 50,000 individual contributions by Wednesday. This could determine whether or not we pull off a win next month.
