Hi there, Ben here.
I know it's a weekend, but this couldn't wait. October 14th is the final public fundraising deadline of the entire election, and right now we're about $27,000 short of our goal.
This is the most important deadline we will face in this election, and I'd be forever grateful if you could chip in $5 or whatever you can today to help us raise the $27,000 we need to win.

This isn't an arbitrary number -- it's exactly what we need to raise to invest in the things we need to win over these last few weeks. With Election Day right around the corner, there's no time to lose.
Just a few days ago, CNN named me as one of the top 10 most vulnerable members of the House. My opponent and his DC backers are running TV ads that are so deeply dishonest that the Salt Lake TV stations stopped airing one of their ads this past week. And on top of all that, we're facing the most critical fundraising deadline of the election in just a few days -- and we need to raise $27,000 before then to get back on track.
You know I don't like asking, but this is one of those times where I can't afford not to. Is there any amount you can give right now to help us reach our goal and hold onto this seat?

Thanks for always having my back.
-Ben
