John, election day will be here before we know it, and the stakes have never been higher.

Medicaid expansion, higher teacher pay, rural infrastructure, and more are all on the ballot this November.

That's why Dan Forest and his far-right allies are getting scared. They know Roy's a trusted leader on the issues, and so they're trying to win by drowning us in media spending:

Roy's opponent has the full backing of the Republican Governors Association -- they've singled out Roy as their top target and are spending nearly 10 MILLION dollars on a slew of divisive, hate filled ads against us in the final weeks of this race.

Republicans are trying to buy this election. We can't let that happen.

With historic numbers of North Carolinians voting absentee right now, having the resources to fight back and reach undecided voters has never been more important.

That's why we set an ambitious goal of raising $100,000 before Roy's debate on Wednesday. But donations have slowed over the weekend, and it looks like we might fall short - and risking being outspent by the far-right.

With less than a month to go, can you rush another donation of $25 today to help us fight back against the far-right's spending machine? Every donation -- no matter the amount -- will make a big difference.

Thank you - together we can fight back against the far-right's dark money and re-elect Roy.

Cooper HQ

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
