Hundreds of union members working at Giant and Safeway grocery stores will be joined by elected officials and community allies for a rally and march on September 12th in Washington, D.C. to call for a fair contract in upcoming negotiations.

In addition to UFCW Local 400 leaders and members, expected speakers include U.S. Representative Anthony Brown (MD-4); Congressman Jamie Raskin (MD-8); President Ritchie Brooks, Teamsters, Local 730; Doris Crouse-Mays, President, Virginia AFL-CIO; and others.
