John -- You may not know this, but Senator Shelley Moore Capito sits on the Appropriations, Commerce, Science & Transportation, and Environment & Public Works Committees. 
 
What you probably do know is that West Virginia is broke and suffering from crumbling infrastructure and toxic water. Why? 
 
Because Capito doesn’t serve her constituents. She serves herself and the corporate PACs that line her pockets while she protects their interests - interests that include the continued pollution of our environment and helping the rich get richer. Meanwhile, West Virginians and frankly, Americans across the country, are suffering more than ever. 
 
I know who I will serve when I’m in the Senate. The people.

I’m running for Senate because I’m a regular, everyday American who knows what it’s like to struggle. For years, I’ve fought to help my fellow West Virginians as our elected leaders neglected our needs, and allowed us to sink deeper into poverty and suffer the consequences of their neglect. 
 
We have to say no more, John. Help me flip this seat and finally turn this state around by supporting me now, before our October 15th deadline. 
 
We have only a few weeks left to reach every voter possible, send Shelley packing, and elect a senator the people desperately need - a senator who will use her power to do the will of the people.
