Dear John,
I'm reaching out quickly before tonight's campaign finance deadline. One last time.
Yes, I know it was a lot of emails. You heard from me already. You even heard from my dog Sammy yesterday. Yes, he seriously wrote that email (without any help from Jen or me).
In just a few short hours, the most important deadline of this campaign will be a wrap! My campaign manager Malcom just texted me that we've still got to raise another $1,927.00 before then. But, I'm not worried.
Call me crazy, but I know this team is going to finish strong and hit this huge $10,000 goal we set. Our fight for a more equitable DC has been people-powered since the start, and now we're getting close to 2,000 individual donors! Your energy, enthusiasm, and support keep me going during these long days on the campaign trail.
