John: We know it's a Saturday night so we'll get straight to it.
Our pace of grassroots donations has significantly slowed down, and now we're at risk of falling behind our fundraising goals before one of the most critical weeks of our campaign.
Here's the situation: The far-right is spending nearly $10 MILLION dollars on baseless and divisive attack ads against Roy ahead of his debate on Wednesday, with early voting starting the next morning.
We set an ambitious pre-debate goal of raising $100,000 but right now we're still $60,000 short. If we fall behind this goal, we'll have to scale back our media program as early voting begins -- that's something we can't afford.
Can you rush $25 to help us hit this goal? We can re-elect Roy, but only if we come together to overcome these attacks >>

Thanks,

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
