I'll be very direct: We've got recent polling that shows our campaign is in 3rd place, and only two candidates in this 23-way race can win seats on the DC Council.

I'm asking personally, John: Will you donate any amount RIGHT NOW to be counted on our report tonight and help us jump up to victory? DC voters have their mail-in ballots at this exact moment. This is a critical deadline, and we cannot afford to fall short.

That's why we set our most ambitious goal yet: $10,000 raised on email in the last four days before the deadline.

I believe this team has what it takes. I believe we can do it and have the budget to reach DC voters who are making up their minds right now. But, if we don’t pick up our current pace, we will fall short of this goal. We're still $5,472.00 behind pace.
