Sacramento County has seen a 52% increase in homelessness in just 2 years. |

Measure C is on the 2020 election ballot and will create protections for tenants by capping yearly rent increases, outlining just-cause eviction protections, and creating a democratically-elected Rent Board to consider rental housing issues. |
