Last week, we at PEN America launched What To Expect When You’re Electing (#WhatToExpect2020), a campaign to combat disinformation by helping the public know what to expect from this election that is like no other, and to gird themselves against fabricators, falsifiers, and foreign propagandists.

PEN America is running disinformation defense workshops across the country; holding virtual town halls and events with journalists and elected officials; partnering with Washington Post Live to bring the message to millions; and offering crucial tools on our site to equip citizens to spot and stop the spread of disinformation.
