John -- I’ll keep this brief since I’ve got to get back to our get-out-the-vote efforts.

Polls are open here in the 3rd Congressional District for the big Special Election, and we don’t know how much Trump’s surprise last-second visit last night will boost turnout for Allen’s opponent.

It’s too late for a poll to tell us what to expect. We’re in no-man’s-land -- all we can be sure of is the number of doors we knock, voters we talk to, and folks we drive to the polls before 7:30 PM.

That being said -- we’ve got an army of volunteers and organizers out executing our supersized get-out-the-vote plan, but I’m coming to you for help making sure we can keep gas in the tank and move full steam ahead until polls close.
