Hey John — Sorry for the late night email, but I wanted to make sure you heard the news directly from me: Rudy Giuliani will be making a surprise visit in my district tomorrow.

This is just another sign of how seriously Republicans are taking the prospect of defeating me and flipping my seat from blue to red. This seat is make-or-break for both political parties, and I’m sure if Donald Trump could come here himself tomorrow he probably would. But instead, he’s sending his top attack dog: Rudy Giuliani.

Quite frankly, John, we have to be prepared for anything. In the past, Rudy has done or said whatever to defend his boss. That’s why I’m personally asking you to rush a $8 donation to our rapid response account so we can get the truth out immediately if he says anything false about my record.

This race has already been full of misinformation - my opponent has been called out for lying multiple times, including a “pants-on-fire” lie.
