Friend -- Election Day is just over three weeks away, and voting is already underway in some states. We are running out of time to stop Republicans from using voter suppression, gerrymandering, and political gamesmanship to cling to power.
I want to be clear about what they are doing -- too many Republicans know they do not have the people on their side, and so they are afraid of fair elections. They are comfortable being a party with minority views that manipulates the system so they can exert majority power.
At the NDRC, we've set out to end map manipulation and defend voting rights for every single American. But frankly, there's not a lot of time left. We have to break their stranglehold on power now.
