Why I’m running for Florida State House District 59

I’m running for Florida House to serve my home town in Tallahassee.

John,

As you prepare to cast your ballot, let me share a bit more about myself.

I am a Brandon native, a small business owner, and a triathlete. Last month, I got engaged to my college sweetheart and I have two amazing step-children. I served as an officer in the United States Navy for ten years, completing three Middle East deployments, and now, I am a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves.  I’m running for Florida House to serve my home town in Tallahassee.

As your State Representative, I will vote to:

green check Expand affordable healthcare in Florida, providing more families with healthcare, prescription drugs, mental health treatment, drug addiction services, maternal care and more.

green checkFund our public schools and increase teacher pay.

green check Grow our economy and protect our environment by investing in green industries and green jobs in the Sunshine State.

green checkHelp small businesses survive these difficult times by ensuring access to grants and investments usually reserved for big corporations.

I hope these issues are a priority for you, too.
