The Trump Administration is openly defying the Supreme Court. This past June, the Supreme Court said that the Trump Administration was wrong in killing DACA and ordered the Trump administration to restore DACA. But instead of following SCOTUS orders, the Trump administration decided to attack DACA again, refusing to accept initial applications and reducing the length of DACA protections from 2 years to 1 year.

If the Trump Administration had followed Supreme Court orders, over 300,000 potential DACA recipients would have been protected from deportation. But now, we are living in limbo. Friend we are tired of this. No one should live in fear of being torn from their families and communities. This is why we urge you to take action today and ask you to sign the petition to demand that the Trump administration immediately accept initial DACA applications.

DACA has enabled some immigrant youth to be protected from deportation and continue working, driving, and providing financial and emotional stability to themselves and their loved ones. Especially during a pandemic, its crucial that the Trump Administration comply with the supreme court.
