Let’s be honest about this Supreme Court vacancy: If Democrats had the White
House and a majority in the Senate, they would fill this vacancy in a heartbeat.
But the American people didn’t choose Democrats at the ballot box in 2016.
Instead, they chose to elect President Trump and expand the Republican Senate
majority in 2018.

 

The fact of the matter is, we have a constitutional responsibility to fill
this vacancy in the highest court in our land, and President Trump’s nominee
deserves a swift and fair confirmation hearing.

In Wednesday night’s Vice Presidential debate, Kamala Harris dodged the
question of whether or not Democrats will pack the Court if given the
opportunity. We all know why she dodged that question — for the tenth time in a
row — and why their campaign still hasn’t released a shortlist of nominees is
becausethey want to pack the Supreme Court!

 

We must stop liberals from tearing up our nation’s founding document. I didn’t
put my life on the line as a SEAL to see career politicians trample on our
Constitution when they don’t get their way.

 

I am asking you now, please help me flip this District RED and fight for our
Constitution — the single greatest document known to humanity and the reason
ours is the greatest country in the history of the world.

In 2019, Kamala Harris told the New York Times

, “I’m absolutely open to” packing the Supreme Court.

 

Just yesterday, Joe Biden responded to the question as to whether or not he
will pack the Court if elected with:"You'll know my opinion on Court-packing
when the election is over." Reminiscent of Nancy Pelosi's "We have to pass the
bill to find out what's in it" response to Obamacare, this is just the most
recent example of Democrat politicians' complete lack of transparency and
earnest effort to dodge the question, twist the facts, and attempt to fool the
American people.

 

We are less than a month out from Election Day. The American people deserve to
hear a clear answer from Kamala Harris and Joe Biden about Court-packing, and
we deserve to know their stance NOW,TODAY, not after the election.
