CNN: Supreme Court vacancy brings new urgency to battle for Senate control

With Republicans gearing up to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court with only weeks left until Election Day, the battle for control of the Senate has never been more urgent.
According to the latest from CNN, this Supreme Court battle has renewed Democrats’ mission of taking back the Senate majority from Mitch McConnell and the Republicans in November.
With a Democratic Senate majority, we’ll not only be able to defend the integrity of the Supreme Court, we can move this country forward and undo the damage the Republicans have caused.
It’s not enough to elect Joe Biden as our next President -- though we must take back the White House. We also need to win the fight for the Senate, including keeping this seat blue.
