Hey John,
Shabd here. I manage the virtual phone banking program for Swing Left. Since one of the safest and most effective ways to contact voters this late in the election is by calling them, I joined the team to make phone banking as impactful—and fun—as possible.
I wanted to tell you about these really cool new events called Swing Left Call Nights. Every week, we huddle with campaigns to figure out who needs our support the most that week—then I host call nights on Thursdays and Sundays to contact voters in those states. It’s a fast way to move the needle in key races.
This week, we kicked off this effort in Pennsylvania. And thanks to you all, we made over 20,000 calls into the Super State—that’s truly jaw-dropping! This Sunday, we’re gonna do the exact same thing in Arizona. Will you come make calls with us on Sunday at 5:30pm ET? I start every call night with a personalized training, so no prior phone banking experience is necessary.
I'll be there

Why Arizona? Like Pennsylvania, Arizona is another critically impactful Super State.
Not only is it incredibly important for the presidential race, it’s also home to a Senate race that could help flip the entire chamber blue. By making calls to Arizona voters, you’re helping Democrats flip the White House and the Senate at the same time. It doesn’t get much more impactful than that.
Arizonans are currently represented in the Senate by Trump supporter Martha McSally, someone they did not elect. She lost the ‘18 Senate race to Kyrsten Sinema and was appointed to fill John McCain’s old seat. Astronaut Mark Kelly stands a good chance of beating her and flipping this critical Senate seat, but only if we can turn out enough voters in the state.
Help Democrats flip the White House and the Senate—make calls to voters in Arizona this Sunday at 5:30pm ET. I’ll be there to personally train anyone who needs help getting started with phone banking.
