A new poll released this morning has Cameron ahead for the first time in this race.

Cameron Webb (D) 45%, Bob Good (R) 42%

These latest numbers mean that even as Bob Good's allies have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars lying about Cameron, the truth is breaking through to voters, and they are responding well to our message.

The people of VA-05 want real solutions to our healthcare crisis. They want a leader who will stand up to special interests and fight to get corporate money out of politics. They want someone who will fight for them -- for justice, for equity, and for opportunity -- and they increasingly understand that Cameron will be that leader.

We're counting on grassroots supporters to help us keep our ads on the air in this final stretch, so we can maintain and build upon our narrow lead. The race remains close, and any slight change of momentum these next 25 days could be decisive. We will not take our foot off the gas one bit.
