We can’t let Trump build a decades-long ultra-conservative majority on the Supreme Court Indivisibles,
In just three days, the Senate will begin hearings on Trump's Supreme Court nomination: Amy Coney Barrett. We're not exaggerating when we say having her on the bench would put lives in danger: she openly opposes the Affordable Care Act (while we're in the midst of an unchecked pandemic), she's critical of Roe v. Wade, and she's a major threat to recent progress toward LGBTQ equality.
We can’t let Trump build a decades-long ultra-conservative majority on the Supreme Court. So now we have two urgent tasks ahead of us:
- Stop the Senate from confirming Amy Coney Barrett.
- Elect a president and senators who will appoint justices committed to defending our rights.
These two action items are going to consume us for the next three and a half weeks, and they’re going to take an unprecedented amount of time, effort, and resources to pull off. We already needed to raise over $1.4 million to fund our election plans, but now we’re also taking on a historic Supreme Court fight. We’re pouring resources into it: we've already added hundreds of thousands of dollars to our budget to expand our peer-to-peer texting program, support candidates directly, and increase our ads spending. And we're hoping to do even more -- if we can fund it.
We can’t afford to let up now, but we rely on grassroots support to make it all possible -- donate $10 today to fund all the resources we need to win in November, protect the Supreme Court and democracy, and support all our work.

We’ve proved before that when Indivisibles come together to multiply our impact, we can accomplish so much. The stakes for this election are so high -- we’re excited to have you on board as we do everything we can to win.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
P.S. -- We need resources to fund all our programs, but we also need volunteers to put them into action. If you're looking for other ways to get involved, check out our Windivisible website, where you can find opportunities to phonebank, textbank, write letters, and more.
