In case you missed Wednesday night's debate, Joe Biden's running mate, Kamala Harris, failed to answer one simple question: 

If elected, will you pack the United States Supreme Court?

She dodged and spun every which way, but ultimately refused to issue an answer. 

And then to make matters worse, Vice President Biden refused to answer the very same question. The next day, Biden took it a step further and said, "You'll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over." 

It's clear that the Democrats' dangerous idea to pack the Supreme Court is more than a wish.

It's their mission — just listen to their own words.

This radical idea would forever damage one of our nation’s most sacred institutions for short term political gain. It’s a completely unacceptable attack on the Supreme Court and we cannot let this slide. 

That’s why Mike introduced a constitutional amendment in 2019 to cap the court at nine justices. He’s doing everything he can to defend the integrity of the Supreme Court, but he needs your help. Will you stand with him?

This isn’t just a threat to the courts. This is a threat to our constitutional republic.

Countless Democrats are on the record saying that "nothing is off the table." Now, their Presidential ticket has repeatedly failed to denounce this dangerous idea. 

It’s clear that the Democrats will expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court the second they get the chance. Americans must band together and denounce this norm-shattering attack.
