The GOP is flooding Detroit with misinformation, trying to suppress our vote in the critical battleground state of Michigan.

Last week we learned that two right-wing fraudsters have been charged by the Michigan Attorney General for targeting Black voters with misinformation robocalls.

Republicans know they can't win if we all turn out to vote, so with less than four weeks until Election Day, and thousands of Michiganders already casting their ballots, we need to counter the GOP misinformation campaign and provide voters with the resources they need to vote!

This week, when speaking with supporters, Rashida was told about a new myth circulating that Puerto Ricans can’t vote! Puerto Ricans are U.S. citizens and have every right to Vote Out Trump.

Another supporter thanked Rashida for the calls and texts they’d been receiving. Voters are waiting to hear from us! People want to vote! They just need the resources to do so.

Rashida’s district is critical to defeating Donald Trump and delivering a Democratic victory. We have phone banks running today and this weekend to reach absentee voters, new voters, and over 40,000 people who voted in 2012 but not 2016. Remember: Trump only won by 11,000 votes in Michigan in 2016.
