We're making sure every voter has a plan in place. Tell us yours.

ACLU Supporter, voting in this election is one of the most important things you can do to protect our rights and our democracy right now. But as we all know, COVID-19 has impacted the ways many of us will be able to exercise this most fundamental right.

Since voting has already begun in several states, we want to make sure everyone has their plan in place now. Here's how other ACLU supporters like you will be voting – or already have voted – for the election. Tell us, how will you be voting?

We know not all states offer every option above, ACLU Supporter. That's why the ACLU has been working tirelessly in the courts and in Congress to expand voting access during the pandemic and beyond: We've now filed 25 voting rights cases related to COVID-19 – and have led and won advocacy campaigns across the country, including in Nevada, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, and Delaware.

If you're unsure of what options are available to you, we've got you covered. Visit your state page here to find all the information you need on deciding how to cast your ballot – and then vote like your rights depend on it.

Thank you,

The ACLU Team
