John, We're so, so close to our goal. New polls have us neck and neck with Dan Sullivan, and his campaign is starting to get antsy -- which means he's going to start spending his cash in awe-inspiring amounts to take us down. The fact of the matter is that Sullivan's not going to lie down just yet. He's got millions sitting in his war chest, much of it from corporate PACs. And now that he sees that we're right behind him, he's already using it to fund attack ads trying to smear our campaign. He only has a few more weeks to use that money, so we know we have a tough fight ahead. But we've got something much better than corporate PAC money: you. As we approach November, we plan to expand our grassroots organizing program so we can call and text as many Alaskan voters as we can. It is absolutely crucial that we contact undecided voters in the last month before the election to get an edge on Sullivan. And getting the word out in Alaska is a monumental effort. We're the biggest state in the U.S., with folks who live in very remote areas. We need to reach voters everywhere in Alaska, not just where it's easy.
