Let me bring you up to speed on some surprising developments in Wisconsin.

CLF -- an arm of the Republican Party -- announced a $2 million ad buy against my friend Ron Kind. Ron has served that district well, and until last week there weren't any signs that he might have trouble winning re-election.

Let me be clear: I think Ron's going to win this race. Outside observers like Cook Political Report say this race "Leans Democratic." I agree.

But we only bring home a win if Ron has the resources to fight back. Will you rush him $10 right now? 100 percent of your contribution goes to Ron. [[link removed]]

I've known Ron a long time. He knows how to stand up for what's right. And while Trump won his district in 2016, Ron has held onto this seat for Democrats by shear force of will.

Guess what -- if Ron does well in this district, Vice President Biden probably will too. That may very well be the difference in carrying the state of Wisconsin.
