Bishop Love Loses Trial on Marriage

The Rt. Rev. William Love, Bishop of Albany, violated his vow to conform to the doctrine and discipline of the church by refusing to permit same-sex marriage ceremonies, according to the unanimous ruling of a Hearing Panel. A hearing will be held to determine disciplinary action.
