Friends,

The Pennsylvania state Supreme Court has now ruled that mail-in ballots sent without “secrecy envelopes” will not be counted in November, even though ballots sent that way WERE counted in the primaries this year. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has reinstated a “witness requirement” for South Carolina ballots -- even though, again, this rule wasn’t on the books earlier this year.

We still firmly believe that, despite the GOP’s efforts to confuse and dissuade voters, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will take back the White House in November. But the memories of 2016 -- combined with the new voting challenges of 2020 -- are keeping us from becoming overconfident.

That’s why, with under a month left until the election, we’re reaching out to get more than a commitment from you. We want to know how exactly you plan to vote. By sharing this with us, you’ll help us improve our outreach strategy -- and send a message to other Democrats that this isn’t the election to miss.

We appreciate you letting us know now:

How will you vote?

Thank you for making your voice heard,
