The Omaha World-Herald has endorsed Kate Bolz for Congress!

Wow, this is a historic moment. Today is the first time in many decades that the Omaha World-Herald has endorsed a Democrat for this seat. Kate is the candidate who changed the game.

I’m going to be honest – it’s hard to pick out the best lines because the entire article is so glowing. (Worth a read.) Here are just a couple favorites:

I am so proud of Kate and how far we have come. But we CANNOT sit back now.

Jeff Fortenberry is getting scared. He’s never been seriously challenged before, so he’s calling up all his CEO friends to help buy his way to Washington.

Fortenberry has already shown he’s willing to play dirty with nasty attack ads and political double-talk. We need to be ready for anything he might throw at this campaign – and that takes a lot of resources.
