I’m writing to you this time on behalf of my friend Tara Zrinski, who needs your help.

Tara is an environmental activist, solar energy consultant, Northampton County Councilwoman, and adjunct professor running to flip a highly competitive PA House seat in the Lehigh Valley. Her district could be the difference between a Republican or Democratic majority in the PA House.

As I learned firsthand in 2018, our campaign finance system is broken. Until we reform it, our candidates need to raise money to win-- lots of it . An average State House race in Pennsylvania costs more than almost any other state since PA has no contribution limits. And because of early voting, Dems have had to go up on television earlier than ever before to reach voters.


All of these things mean Tara needs your financial support this week [[link removed]] to flip her district. Not next week, but this week to ensure her paid communications are fully funded . Unlike her Republican opponent, the majority of Tara’s money will come from small-dollar individual contributions. Amounts like $35, $50, and $75 may not sound like a lot, but they go farther than you’d think! [[link removed]]
