Four years ago, Sheriff Penzone stepped up, ran for Sheriff of Maricopa County, and won. Then he was faced with the harmful precedent set by the Arpaio administration, but now, just four short years later, the Sheriff has helped bring safety back to our county.

Now the Sheriff is facing off with Arpaio’s top deputy, Jerry Sheridan. A man with an equally infamous record as a corrupt law enforcement officer.

Sheriff Penzone and Jerry Sheridan are squaring off in a debate tomorrow: Will you show the Sheriff that you support him and his work by becoming a citizen endorser?

As we speak, Sheriff Paul Penzone is preparing to take on Sheridan. It’ll be a debate that we’re sure is going to be exciting and an opportunity for Sheriff Penzone to reiterate to our community all the great work he’s been doing.

But Sheridan is going to try to use the stage to encourage the reconstruction of programs that have never worked like Tent City. Programs that have inherently hurt Maricopa county.

John, this debate is going to be important. It’s going to show the people of Maricopa county that Sheriff Penzone is the right person for the job, as he’s proven. Will you help us make sure that when the Sheriff takes the ‘stage’ this week he knows that he has your support?
