Tomorrow is debate day here in Washington’s third district!

Carolyn Long will officially debate Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler in this one and only debate of the 2020 election, so we’ve got to make it count.

We already know Herrera Beutler is bought by corporate special interests, she’s out of touch with her constituents — failing to hold a town hall in nearly four years — and she actively supports President Trump and his lawsuit to repeal the Affordable Care Act in the middle of a pandemic.

Tomorrow is a chance for folks in Southwest Washington to hear from a leader who will put their best interests first, who will fight to protect and improve our health care, who has a plan to help our district recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, and who will be an independent voice in Congress. That leader is Carolyn.

While Carolyn spends the next day preparing for the big debate, we want to make sure she knows the people of Southwest Washington have her back.
