Poll workers are the essential workers of our democracy. 

This year, we’re facing a poll worker shortage in one of the most important elections of our time. Americans who are 60 and over make up the majority of poll workers, but due to COVID-19 many will not be able to serve their communities this year. 

That’s why New Leaders Council has teamed up with AARP and Power the Polls to recruit the next generation of poll workers.

Sign up to help your community and protect our democracy this November.

The Power the Polls initiative is also working with local organizations to provide PPE to ensure poll workers are safe this election. And in some places, you might be compensated for your work.

Keep elections safe and accessible by becoming a poll worker. Our future depends on it.
