Learn how you can use the National School Climate Survey results to create safer and more supportive environments for all LGBTQ+ students

Dear John,

We’re excited to announce that next week, GLSEN will release our 2019 National School Climate Survey -- the only study focused on the school experiences of LGBTQ students nationally. The findings of this survey power our work. They allow us to understand the day-to-day issues LGBTQ+ students face, and to work together towards making our schools more inclusive and safe environments for all students.

Join our webinar to learn how you can use the powerful survey results to create safer and more supportive environments for all LGBTQ+ students.

This report will be a special release -- it offers analysis across the last 20 years that GLSEN has been doing this research and coincides with GLSEN’s 30th anniversary.

We will also share findings, from 2019 and across the past twenty years, on students’ experiences with harassment and bullying and unequal access to school facilities due to gender discrimination.

Twenty years of research have shown that support for LGBTQ+ students works. During the webinar, we’ll share insights on school supports that statistically help LGBTQ+ students feel safer. We’ll talk about four things schools can do to increase LGBTQ+ student safety and well-being.

Sign up for in-depth information on LGBTQ+ students’ well-being and the barriers they face in schools across the country.

We hope you can join us. The insights from the 2019 National School Climate Survey can help us all work together to ensure LGBTQ+ students have safer and affirming schools.
