Friends - have you seen this yet?

"The N.R.A has Trump. But it has lost allies in Congress." - New York Times

The New York Times reported last week about the NRA's struggle to maintain their influence over Congress.

Since 2008, the NRA has been giving out fewer and fewer A grades to members of Congress.

Why is that? Because our movement to save lives has been kicking NRA-backed politicians out of Congress left and right.

We still have more work to do. Our goal is to get the amount of As the NRA gives out to zero. But we can only do that with your help:

Will you make a $3 donation to Giffords PAC today? With your help, we can erase the NRA's influence over Congress and elect leaders who are serious about making our communities safer from gun violence.

As long as the NRA continues to influence our elected leaders, we'll continue to be offered "thoughts and prayers" in the aftermath of these tragedies.

It's up to us to continue working hard to elect leaders to Congress who will work for us, not the NRA.

Any support you can give today puts us one step closer to making that a reality.

The team at Giffords
