Last month, I wrote to ask you to support the Institute for Justice <[link removed]>. I wanted to send a quick note to follow up on my request and to let you know that your support will now go twice as far in protecting our clients from outrageous government abuses.

Through a new challenge grant issued by longtime IJ donors Steve and Helen Zucker, your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar. There has never been a better—or more important—time to join IJ.

The makeup of our nation’s highest court is top of mind right now with the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. But who stands before the Court is just as important as who sits on the bench.

Like all judges, Supreme Court Justices can only decide the cases before them. In order to set precedent that solidifies constitutional protections for liberty, judges must have the right cases presented to them at the right time in the right way.

For three decades, IJ has combined cutting-edge legal theories with compelling clients and outrageous facts to persuade judges of all ideological leanings to rule in our favor. Our success is not dependent on who presides over our cases—but it does rely on the support of people like you who share our deep commitment to constitutional rights and their defense.

IJ is the advocate that liberty needs no matter who wields the gavel. Please ensure we have the resources to secure the freedoms that matter most to everyday people—especially at this critical moment—with a gift of $25 <[link removed]>, $50 <[link removed]>, or $100 <[link removed]>.

Many thanks,
Scott
