Did you know babies who are born alive during botched abortion procedures aren’t required to be given life saving care? Under current law, it is perfectly okay for doctors to refuse care and allow these newborns to die on the procedure table.

Congress must intervene.

But Nancy Pelosi is ignoring the will of the American public. Liberals in the House are stonewalling attempts from conservatives to force a floor vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.

Because Democrats won’t give this legislation a floor vote or even a hearing, Republicans in the House are holding their own “shadow hearing,” inviting experts on the matter to testify on the importance of this bill. Conservatives in Congress are determined to shine a light on this common-sense pro-life legislation!
