The Texas governor is suppressing voters.

John --

Republicans never seem to run out of new ideas for suppressing voters. Governor Abbott in Texas is closing election ballot drop-off sites all across the state. His new executive order limits the number of locations where people can drop off their ballots to one per county.

Will you chip in now to help Voto Latino fight back against this shameful voter suppression tactic? >>>[link removed]

Abbott’s order will be especially destructive in Harris County, which is the third most-populous in the nation. All 4.7 million people in the county will all be forced to go to one location to return their ballots. This will present unprecedented challenges for seniors, those with disabilities, and others who lack ample time and means to make the trip.

It’s evident that Governor Abbott is frightened by the tightening poll numbers that show Democratic candidates gaining ground in Texas. Voto Latino alone has registered over 250,000 new voters in Texas this cycle! So now we have to fight even harder to mobilize voters across the state. And we need your help to do it. Can we count on you to pitch in to make sure every registered Texas voter can cast their ballot in this election?
