Exposed: New Hezbollah missile sites beneath Beirut neighborhoods
Dear Friend of Israel,
Last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the U.N. General Assembly and revealed new Hezbollah precision-guided missile factories throughout neighborhoods in Beirut.
The sites are adjacent to gas companies, near churches and hospitals, and beneath apartment buildings that are home to dozens of Lebanese families.

Hezbollah is an Iranian-backed terrorist organization that is responsible for attacks around the world and is dedicated to Israel’s destruction.
Hezbollah receives upwards of $800 million annually from Iran, and already possesses advanced weapons designed to inflict significant damage across Israel.
Hezbollah uses Iranian funding to turn Lebanon’s cities and towns into urban military compounds, controlling 45,000 troops and an arsenal of some 150,000 rockets and missiles.
At least one out of every four houses in southern Lebanon reportedly hosts a Hezbollah facility. Mosques, hospitals, and schools are used to shield weapons and terrorist infrastructure.
In 2018, Congress unanimously passed the Sanctioning the Use of Civilians as Defenseless Shields Act—bipartisan legislation lobbied for by AIPAC members—that now mandates sanctions against those responsible for Hezbollah’s use of civilians as human shields and those providing support for their efforts.
But as the threats continue to grow, so must our commitment to keeping Israel safe.
As Hezbollah continues to build its terrorist infrastructure, the United States must work to ensure Israel has the resources it needs to defend itself, by itself.
