The VFW will be sending cards and we want to make sure a veteran receives one from you. We know how much you care, so please sign a card for a hospitalized veteran or service member and brighten their day.

Signing a card may seem like a small thing when you think about all the ways courageous men and women have sacrificed for us. But it means everything to a veteran in the hospital to hear from you.
