At last night’s debate, Senator Harris gave Vice President Pence a quick rundown of Traitor Trump’s troubling pattern of disrespect for our military and service members during his time as Commander-in-Chief, recalling:
- How Traitor Trump downplayed the injuries from active-duty troops who suffered serious injuries in a counterattack that was a response to Trump executing a top military official from a foreign nation
- How reports leaked that Traitor Trump referred to our fallen heroes and loved ones as “suckers” and “losers”
- How he went to Arlington National Cemetery, stood above the graves of our fallen heroes and asked “What’s in it for them?”
- How he claimed John McCain doesn’t deserve to be called a hero because was a prisoner of war and he prefers, saying “I like people who weren’t captured”
- How his continued failure to hold Putin to account for taking out bounties on our active-duty troops deployed abroad is a flagrant disregard for his station as Commander-in-Chief
And here’s what Mike Pence had to say about Donald Trump’s constant and repeated disrespect of the military, veterans, and the service and sacrifice of our community and our loved ones:
Nothing. The Vice President had nothing to offer but deflections, evasions, misrepresentations, lies, and excuses for Donald Trump.
