Friday at 5:00 PM: Rider First Awards

Join us this Friday at 5:00 (with your favorite Friday-at-5:00 beverage if you like!) to celebrate this year's Ride First Award winners! We have a packed event featuring city leaders, Muni experts, and everyday riders. It's also our 10th Anniversary as your member-supported advocacy organization, so we'll be talking with some of the people who were key to making us who we are today!

And most important: find out who this year's Rider First Awards winners are, and meet the people who are doing great things to make Muni better for all riders!

Get Out The Vote!

Too many people think Measure RR is inequitable and/or unnecessary, when it will actually increase equity and is absolutely necessary for a strong, sustainable San Francisco and Bay Area. Can you help with phone banks, text banks, or taking neighborhood walks to help get out the vote for Measure RR?

We have phone/text banks scheduled, and we'll be partnering on distributing flyers in a socially-distanced way. This is how we build a strong transit recovery!

Upcoming Events

Tuesday, October 13, 6:30 pm: Environmental Justice Town Hall with District 1 Candidates. Join us and the Citizenss Climate Lobby, XR SF Bay, Urban Environmentalists, and Climate Health Now.

Thursday, October 15, 6:00 pm: Service & Connectivity Forum for Transit Riders. How have transit service cuts around the Bay have affected your ability to get around? What might future cuts mean? How can we make better connections more efficiently? Spanish translation and break-out group included. Co-hosted with Seamless Bay Area, Friends of Caltrain, Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action, United Seniors of Oakland and Alameda County, Youth Leadership Institute, and East Bay Transit Riders Union.

Monday, October 26, evening: Save the date for our BART candidate forum!

Happy Transit Week!

Thank you to our sponsors!
