John - did you see Sharlese's email? If not we've attached it below so you can take a read.
In exactly a week Roy and his opponent will take the stage for their debate - and we've set an ambitious goal of raising $100,000 before the debate to show the extreme-right just how fired up this grassroots team is!
This race is shaping up to be the most expensive governor's race in the country, and we need your help to ensure Roy has the resources and momentum on his side to win. Will you rush $10 to help us hit this goal? >>

Hey John, Sharlese here.
Next week, Roy and his opponent are going head-to-head in a debate. Roy will get the opportunity to share his vision of a healthier, better educated, and safer North Carolina to the thousands of voters across North Carolina.
And it'll be a chance to show a surge in the grassroots strength of this team.
That's why we've set an ambitious goal of raising $100,000 before Roy takes the stage next Wednesday, and we need your help to get there!
John, can Roy and I count on you pitching in your first donation of $10? Together, we'll show the far-right just how much momentum this team has!

This debate is a critical moment for our campaign, John. The next morning, early voting starts across North Carolina.
Historic numbers of North Carolinians have already voted absentee, and as early voting starts we need to show that we have momentum on our side and keep making our case to undecided voters.
Dan Forest has a dangerous vision for North Carolina that takes us backward - no Medicaid expansion, no meaningful raises for our hard-working teachers, less civil rights, and most importantly, no belief in science.
We can defeat Dan Forest and re-elect Roy, but we can't do it alone.
Will you rush $25 to help us hit our $100,000 pre-debate goal and show everyone that we're fired up and ready to re-elect Roy?

Cooper for North Carolina
We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
